The kit can detect and analyze as much as 30 target genes in one PCR reaction. It first performs reverse transcription amplification to produce cDNA, then divides the amplicon into two parts to carry out two independent 2SMART reactions.
Identification method: melting curve analysis.
This test kit uses a multi-target point PCR detection method to detect multiple pathogens that cause human gastroenteritis within 2.5 hours, including 9 bacteria, 4 parasites and 5 viruses.
Package Size: 50 tests/kit
It can detect fecal or excrement samples. The sample should be transferred to the laboratory as soon as possible after collection and packaged at 4°C for temporary storage. For samples that need to be stored for a long time, storage at -20°C or -70°C (recommended) after nucleic acid extraction. The extracted nucleic acid should be avoided repeated freezing and thawing as much as possible.
Storage conditions and shelf life: Store in the dark at -30℃ to -15℃, see product label for shelf life.
